About Us

Grassroots was the creation of owners, Ray & Jennifer Spear. They wanted to put a “grassroots” effort into making their community look better. They are both native Floridians and natives to Palm Beach County with “roots” in Florida back to the start of the state.

This is what makes their company so unique. They have such a vested interest in this area, because they live here, their families are here, all of their history is here. Who else could take better care of your home or business than a neighbor?

Ray was in the construction industry for 27 years and left a management position to start this company, so he could spend more time with his family. He and his wife, Jennifer, live in Jupiter with their three small boys.
